Hello! The therapeutic process is an intricate journey that allows you to reconnect and discover your true and authentic self. Therapy will support you in working through past and current experiences that are negatively affecting your relationships, job, and personal performance. My goal is to meet you where you are by creating a safe and non-judgmental space to help explore ways in which your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are limiting your ability to live life to its fullest.

I specialize in offering counseling for emerging adults, individuals, and couples with guidance, peace, and solution-focused treatment modalities to assist with daily life struggles. My experience, both as a former school therapist and as a private clinical psychotherapist, has helped me become a more empathetic & intuitive counselor.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to meet individual patient needs throughout the healing process. Some of the therapeutic tools I use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology & Strength Based, Humanistic and Solution-Focused Therapies.
