I have 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents. My goal for my clients is to learn to function in a manner that allows them to be successful in school and build healthy relationships.
I have 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My goal is to build a strong relationship with my clients by creating a compassionate, respectful, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and meet my clients where they are.
I am experienced working with adolescents, young adults, and adults around trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I am passionate about helping clients with anxiety and grief related to climate change. I also welcome clients looking to utilize their spirituality and/or faith as they seek growth.
I have over 20 years of experience working in residential care along with alternative and traditional school settings. These experiences taught me the value of emotional support and the importance of counseling. I have dedicated myself to honing my skills in patience, rapport-building, and conflict de-escalation.
